Covering all major South African cities the report highlights a prevailing sense of caution that continues throughout all sectors due to subdued economic growth and high inflation dampening recovery to pre-pandemic rates. Positive growth indicators are emerging in developments that have incorporated ESG principles and have been responsive to the changing requirements in the market including flexibility on terms.
