While the Johannesburg office vacancy rate may be improving, the market remains under pressure as the fundamentals underpinning demand for office accommodation remain poor. On the industrial side, nodal performance continues to vary with nodes like Linbro Park and others located near the airport having lower vacancy rates below 3%.
