Cape Town is South Africa’s best performing commercial market. There are virtually zero vacancies in the prime segment, although additional supply will enter the inventory pool soon.

The BPO sector continues to have a positive impact on Cape Town’s office demand fundamentals, as does continual semigration of businesses and individuals.

Active development is ongoing and older premises in core nodes are being refurbished in order to accommodate incoming demand.
