Stan’s distinctive strategic approach across the corporate real estate value chain ensures seamless integration of the highest industry standards and international best practice. Based in South Africa, he is responsible for strategy, operations and new business development across the Sub-Saharan Africa region.

Stan is one of the original pioneers of IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) in South Africa. Apart from playing a key role in educating the local market, he has established and led many of the foremost real estate and facilities management companies in the Middle East and Africa. Stan commenced his career in Electrical Engineering with a prominent mining group and then Development & Project Management of building services with a major mining conglomerate who owned the largest property portfolio in South Africa. Using these broad-based skills, he went on to become one of the co-founders and drivers of Integrated Facilities Management outsourcing in South Africa & Sub-Saharan Africa. Stan has vast international experience having worked on multiple flagship projects around the world and prides himself on his success in assembling and managing multi-cultural teams in challenging environments.

Education and Affiliations

After qualifying in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Stan went on to complete numerous post graduate courses from prominent local and international institutions in Management, Leadership, Real Estate, and Facilities Management. Stan has attended various international Facilities Management conventions in the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, and is registered as an Accredited Facilities Professional (AFP). He is also a Green Star Accredited Professional and a member of the S.A. Facilities Management Association.
