She serves as the Head of People Experience MEA & T, where she provides a wide range of professional services to global stakeholders.
She sits on the board as an Executive Director and has expert knowledge in Employee Relations, Talent Management, HR Strategy Development & Implementation, and has a key focus on operational compliance. Renaida is also an accredited Transformational Coach where she focuses on enabling self-actualisation and facilitates healthy and mindful work environments by working with people in groups and individually.
