Senior Director, Head of Tenant Representation & IPS SA & SSA

Grant has been with JLL for 13 years. During Grant’s tenure at JLL he has worked with the IPS teams and now as a senior director, he heads up the Tenant Representation division for South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Grant brings 27 years of experience within the South African Real Estate market. Grant leverages his expertise and wealth of knowledge to expertly handle end-to-end transactions and drive win-win outcomes. He possess a deep understanding of deal structures, financial analysis, and the ability to negotiate favourable terms and conditions. With a proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, he is able to understand client’s unique business objectives, operational needs, growth strategies, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored solutions that achieve desired outcomes.

Grant manages many global and local client accounts ensuring all leases are sustainable and that real estate costs are optimized.
