Grant Kirchmann

Senior Director. Head: Tenant Representation & IPS SA & SSA

Grant is the head of the JLL Corporate Solutions team in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to this role he was a member of the Integrated Portfolio Services team, heading up Business Development in the commercial sector.

Experience

Grant’s career spans over 18 years where he has worked in various blue-chip companies in senior leadership roles. His career includes the successful establishment of an Acquisition & Trading Division during his tenure as the head of Commercial Property at the Investec Property Group. Grant ran a successful leasing team during his initial employment at JLL before moving across to Corporate Solutions in 2016 and heading up the Business Development initiatives.
