Dani commenced his career in hotel development in France, where he played a pivotal role in expanding a renowned hotel company’s portfolio across Europe and North Africa.
Overview:
With over 17 years of EMEA real estate experience, Dani leads JLL's African Project & Development Services Department. His expertise encompasses development management, advisory services, and project execution across diverse sectors like mixed-use, retail, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Dani's leadership has driven projects worth over USD 13 billion, notably including spearheading a renowned European hotel chain, collaborating on large-scale mixed-use projects with major developers, and delivering tailored solutions for global corporate clients.
Experience:
Transitioning to the UAE, he joined JLL’s Strategic Consulting department, offering invaluable insights and financial advisory services for large-scale mixed-use projects in the MEA region.
Subsequently, Dani's tenure in JLL's P&DS department saw him seconded to prominent UAE developers, where he provided strategic guidance and development advice for ambitious ventures.
Currently, Dani serves as the head of the P&DS division for the Africa region. In this capacity, he oversees a wide array of development initiatives, leveraging his extensive experience to drive growth and innovation in the African real estate landscape.
